- EMS Education
Hartford Hospital offers EMS courses throughout the year. Many courses qualify for certification at the state and/or national level.
- HealthStream® E-Learning Web Based Training
Web-based, self-paced computer software covering most JCAHO and OSHA mandatory courses.
- Nursing Education
Many resources for nurses are offered including Cardiovascular Nursing Education, CE Courses, Validation information, etc.
- Performance Development Center (PDC)
The PDC supports the professional and personal growth of employees by offering instruction and consultation provided by a network of internal and external professionals.
- Residencies, Internships, Fellowships, Shadowing Programs
Hartford Hospital conducts clinical educational programs for third and fourth year medical students as well as programs in graduate medical education at the residency and fellowship levels. Also available are experiential and research internships, as well as shadowing programs, which are short-term observational experiences.
- School of Allied Health
Information on the many educational programs offered at the School of Allied Health, including: Medical Technology, Phlebotomy, Radiation Therapy, Radiography, Respiratory Therapy, and Surgical Technology
- Simulation Center
Participants train in settings similar to their actual work environments, in an atmosphere of realism.
